Now we are seeking a hands-on General Services Specialist to join our project team in Ceyhan, Adana. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of daily site activities, including logistics coordination, transportation, office services, and vendor management. This role requires strong organizational skills, safe driving experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multinational project environment.
Responsibilities

Perform daily administrative and logistical duties inside and outside the office (e.g., document handling, mail and courier processing, inventory control, meeting arrangements).

Provide transportation services for company executives and guests for city-wide and occasional out-of-city trips, ensuring safety and punctuality.

Monitor and coordinate scheduled maintenance and cleanliness of company vehicles.

Assist with the receipt, storage, and distribution of office supplies, stationery, and delivered goods.

Support the coordination and supervision of office maintenance and renovation activities, liaising with contractors and vendors as needed.

Manage tasks related to company-leased accommodations, including supplies, cleaning services, and logistics.

Ensure proper utilization of office space and facilities, reporting any maintenance or technical issues promptly.

Collaborate with executive assistants in planning and supporting meetings, site visits, and travel logistics.

Assist with small purchasing tasks and basic procurement for daily operational needs.

Coordinate logistical arrangements for deliveries, schedules, and internal service needs in a cost-effective and timely manner.

Contribute to service excellence by monitoring vendor performance and ensuring adherence to contractual terms.

Maintain logs, records, and documentation related to general services, vehicle use, and inventory.

Support communication and delivery of official documents to and from external institutions when necessary.

Stay updated on trends in administrative services and recommend new practices or products to improve efficiency.

Work collaboratively across departments and provide courteous, professional support to employees and visitors.

Carry out other duties as assigned, supporting site operations as needed.
Requirements:

Minimum high school diploma; a university degree is a strong advantage.

At least 2–3 years of experience in administrative services, logistics coordination, or similar support roles.

Proven experience as a driver, with safe driving habits and professional conduct.

Valid B-class driver’s license and active driving experience (preferably advanced-level).

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and traffic regulations.

Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Strong communication skills, professional attitude, and attention to detail.

Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to handle physical aspects of the job (carrying supplies, setting up rooms, etc.).

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and working hours.

Experience in a multinational or project-based environment.

Familiarity with logistics or facilities coordination.

Knowledge of general purchasing or vendor coordination.

Experience with accommodation management or small-scale construction coordination.

Availability during off-hours in exceptional cases.
Note:
This is a full-time, site-based position located in Ceyhan, Adana. Candidates must be able to work on-site daily and adapt to project-based working conditions.
