Advanced General Studies & Mathematics Faculty (UPSC / MPPSC / SSC)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Studies & Mathematics Teacher capable of teaching aspirants preparing for UPSC, MPPSC, and SSC examinations. The ideal candidate should possess strong conceptual clarity, exam-oriented teaching skills, and excellent fluency in English to effectively deliver complex topics in a structured and engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach General Studies (relevant to UPSC & State PSCs) and Mathematics (SSC, MPPSC, and UPSC aptitude-related topics) with a strong focus on exam patterns and syllabus requirements
• Develop and deliver concept-driven, analytical, and application-based lessons
• Simplify complex mathematical and GS concepts using practical examples and real exam questions
• Guide students in answer writing, problem-solving techniques, and time management
• Design study material, practice questions, mock tests, and revision strategies
• Analyze student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement
• Stay updated with current exam trends, syllabus changes, and previous year question patterns

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong academic background in Mathematics / Engineering / Science / Humanities or related field
• Proven experience teaching UPSC, MPPSC, and/or SSC aspirants
• Deep understanding of exam-oriented pedagogy and competitive exam strategies
• Excellent command over spoken and written English (mandatory)
• Ability to explain concepts clearly, logically, and confidently
• Strong classroom presence and student engagement skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in reputed coaching institutes
• Experience in teaching both online and offline classes
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online learning platforms

Job Type:

• Full-time / Part-time / Contract (Flexible based on availability)

Compensation:

• Competitive and negotiable based on experience and expertise
