General Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and experienced General Supervisor with a valid Lifeguard License and UAE Driving License to oversee daily operations and supervise lifeguard and site staff. The candidate must ensure safety compliance, operational efficiency, and high service standards across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise lifeguard teams and daily site operations
• Ensure all pool safety rules, rescue procedures, and emergency protocols are followed
• Conduct routine inspections of pools, equipment, and safety signage
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance
• Respond to incidents and prepare reports as required
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company policies
• Coordinate with management and clients for smooth operations
• Support training and onboarding of lifeguards and site staff

Requirements

• Valid Lifeguard License / Certification (preffered)
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
• Proven supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good command of English (additional languages are a plus)
• Physically fit and able to respond to emergencies
• Basic computer skills for reports and coordination
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and multiple locations

Preferred

• UAE experience in lifeguard or safety supervision
• First Aid, CPR, and AED certification
• Knowledge of local safety and compliance standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
