General Surgeon

Responsibilities:

• Perform general and emergency surgeries in a rural hospital setting.
• Conduct surgical evaluations and perform a broad range of procedures.
• Provide pre- and post-operative care with a focus on patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with a skilled care team to support patients throughout their surgical journey.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and documentation requirements.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in General Surgery.
• Active Minnesota medical license or eligibility through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice.

Salary Range: $400,000 - $500,000 for a 1.0 FTE position; Actual compensation is dependent on factors such as experience, training, specialty certifications, and market conditions.
