Responsibilities

• Perform general surgical procedures including elective and emergency surgeries
• Manage preoperative assessments, plan surgical interventions, and provide postoperative care
• Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in patient management
• Monitor patient recovery, diagnose and manage surgical complications promptly
• Educate patients and their families about operative procedures, risks, and post-surgical care
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records documenting surgical procedures and patient progress
• Continuously update knowledge of surgical techniques and best practices through ongoing professional development
  
  

Requirements

• Medical degree with specialization in General Surgery from a recognized institution
• Board certification or equivalent qualification in General Surgery
• Valid medical license to practice in Sharjah or the UAE
• Solid experience in performing a range of general surgical procedures
• Strong understanding of perioperative management and patient care protocols
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-based healthcare environment
