Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform routine and preventive maintenance on hotel facilities and equipment.
  2. Repair and troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
  3. Respond to urgent maintenance requests and emergencies promptly.
  4. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  5. Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment and systems.
  6. Coordinate with other hotel departments for maintenance schedules and service requests.
  7. Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and materials.
  8. Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the maintenance supervisor.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel maintenance or general technical support.
  2. Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  3. Experience in maintaining HVAC systems and electrical appliances.
  4. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
  5. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  6. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
  7. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
