General Technician

Key Responsibilities:

Specialized in Carpentry

Survey buildings and mechanical systems to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Perform maintenance on electrical systems, including replacing light bulbs, sockets, and repairing circuit breaker panels.

Assist in the setup and repair of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems as needed.

Maintain heating, plumbing, and alarm systems to ensure functionality.

Conduct manual repairs when necessary, such as fixing locks or replacing windows.

Undertake pest control activities, including spraying insecticide.

Perform general upkeep procedures, including landscaping, painting, and carpentry tasks.

Assist in budget preparation and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.

Requirements and Skills:

Proven experience as a carpentry and maintenance technician.

Understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems.

Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.

Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.

Manual dexterity and strong problem-solving skills.

Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime

Requirements & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent; Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology, or relevant field will be a plus.

Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP)

Strong understanding of electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

Knowledge of general maintenance processes, troubleshooting techniques, and safety protocols.

Hands-on experience using tools, equipment, and maintenance devices.

Strong problem-solving skills and manual dexterity.

Physically fit and willing to work overtime or different shifts when required.

Monthly Salary and Benefits:

· AED 3,500 – AED 4,000 (all-inclusive)
