Key Responsibilities

Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general building systems.

Diagnose and repair faults in electrical wiring, lighting, switches, sockets, motors and control panels.

Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC systems (split units, package units, chillers, AHUs), perform filter changes, basic refrigerant checks and system cleaning as required.

Carry out plumbing repairs including fixtures, valves, pumps, drains and water heaters; respond to leaks and blockages.

Conduct general maintenance tasks: carpentry, painting touch-ups, door/window repairs, appliance troubleshooting and minor welding/metalwork where needed.

Respond promptly to guest and operational maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns, including on-call duties as assigned.

Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders and equipment service records.

Follow safety procedures, use PPE, and maintain a clean, organized work area; report hazards and recommend corrective actions.

Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for specialized repairs; supervise outsourced work when necessary.

Assist with spare parts inventory control and basic procurement requests.
Qualifications & Experience

Technical diploma or vocational training in Electrical, Mechanical, or related trade.

Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in hotel maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a technical trade environment.
