Supervisor/Manager Title: Manager, Human Resources Business Partner
Job Description Summary: The Human Resource Generalist performs a broad range of duties in support of the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of human resources initiatives and systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supports day-to-day recruiting efforts such as managing external recruiting partners, scheduling, hosting interviews, candidate follow-up, screening resumes, etc. in a timely manner

Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to determine sourcing strategies and with external recruiters to ensure alignment on our strategy and story.

Assist managers with developing job descriptions, opening new job requisitions, and completing personnel action forms

Manages and creates seamless onboarding processes including background checks, new hire orientation and documentation, I-9 verification, training, etc., ensuring compliance with company policies and state and federal regulations.

Full benefit administration of all plans including, medical, vision, dental, HSA, FSA, 401k, workers comp and leave of absences for employees as well as serve as main point of contact with carriers and benefit broker.
- Maintain accurate and up to date candidate and employee records in PayCom

Oversee company internship and referral programs.
- Take on special projects and assist with ad-hoc responsibilities on an as needed basis.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or HR Certification.

Proven experience as an HR Generalist with minimum of 5 years’ experience with an emphasize on benefit administration and recruiting management.
- Must have experience processing documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions (including LOA paperwork processing).
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.

Experience recruiting within the medical device, pharma, and/or biotech industry preferred.

Demonstrated ability to think creatively and operationally with strong analytical skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Experience with PayCom a HUGE plus!
