Roles and Responsibilities :
- Continuously monitor, analyze and store fuel data (daily, monthly and yearly reports).
- Contribute in providing specialized technical studies and improving operations.
- Support monitoring of the entire fuel supply chain, tracking movement from suppliers to power plants.
- Assist in reviewing monthly fuel invoices and raising claims for discrepancies.
- Support in optimizing the supply chain by promptly addressing disruptions, managing contingency plans, and conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with agreements.
- Support in providing accurate reporting and documentations, including fuel quality verification, inventory audits, and disposal records.
- Contribute in managing annual fuel inventory operations, monitoring and documenting results.
- Implementing approved safety and quality policies and approved procedures.
- Coordinate and collaborate with regional teams to ensure unified operations and continuous improvement.
- Represent the department in technical committees and external stakeholder meetings.
- Ensure having a comprehensive understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs), and preparing the needed periodic reports.
- Develop data analysis reports to ensure supporting decision making and providing the needed recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or a related field.
- Proficient in data analytics and technical reports development.
- Proficient in Microsoft excel and Power BI.
