The Generation Z Program 2026 is back, a one-year development journey designed for fresh graduates who are ready to take their first step into the professional world. The program identifies and nurtures young talents who naturally demonstrate leadership potential, equipping them with the right skills, mindset, and hands-on experience to thrive in the corporate world.

Requirements

• Recently graduated individuals eager to begin their career journey.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (or equivalent).
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to collaborate and influence effectively.
• Curiosity and readiness to explore AI, Big Data, analytics, and emerging technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for learning and self-development.
• A highly collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in teams, thrive under pressure, and embrace diverse perspectives.
