Generative AI Developer | Agentic AI Developer — Claude & Anthropic Stack

We are hiring an Agentic AI Developer with deep, hands-on expertise in the Anthropic Claude ecosystem to design, build, and ship production AI agents and deploy automations across every function of the company Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Admin, and Legal. This is a builder role. You will move from problem to working agent to organization-wide rollout, owning the full lifecycle: discovery, architecture, prompt and tool design, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and change management.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

Applications that do not clearly demonstrate all four of the following will be rejected at screening:

• 5+ production agents shipped. Built and shipped at least 5 end-to-end agents in production not prototypes, not demos, not coursework. You must be able to walk through each one: the problem, the architecture, the tools, the eval approach, the failure modes you handled, and the business outcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize cutting-edge generative AI models, including but not limited to natural language processing and image generation.
• Conduct continuous research to stay abreast of the latest advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning techniques.
• Implement robust algorithms and architectures using industry-leading frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Conduct rigorous experiments to test and validate model performance, iterating and refining based on empirical findings.
• Design and deliver end-to-end automation workflows
• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models
• Integrate AI features into web applications
• Optimize application performance and scalability
• Create automation scripts and backend tools to improve internal workflows
• Assist in building in-house AI and LLM-based solutions, including internal knowledge systems, data processing pipelines, and AI-powered automation.
• Optimize backend systems for performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering, with at least 18 months on production LLM applications or agents.
• Strong Python (primary) for agent code and MCP servers. TypeScript/Node for tool servers and integration glue.
• Comfortable with FastAPI, async patterns, retries, circuit breakers, and structured logging
• Knowledge of API development and integration
• Good English communication skills
• Experience with LLMs (OpenAI APIs, LangChain, RAG pipelines)
• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, AWS/Azure/GCP
• Exposure to React, Laravel, or Flutter

Portfolio Expectations The 5 Agents

• You must submit a portfolio document covering at least 5 production agents you personally built and shipped.

Pay: From Rs100,000.00 per month
