Generative AI Engineer

Overview:

We are seeking a talented Generative AI Engineer with 2–3 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy AI models capable of generating high-quality content, including text, images, code, and other media. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with generative AI frameworks, machine learning pipelines, and a strong understanding of model fine-tuning and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and fine-tune generative AI models (e.g., GPT, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, or similar).
• Implement and optimize machine learning pipelines for training, evaluation, and deployment of models.
• Work on text, image, audio, or multimodal generative projects.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and product teams to integrate AI solutions into products.
• Conduct research on the latest advancements in generative AI and suggest innovative solutions.
• Monitor model performance, implement improvements, and ensure scalability.
• Document models, experiments, and processes for reproducibility and team knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in AI/ML development with focus on generative models.
• Strong programming skills in Python; experience with ML libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, or similar.
• Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or multimodal AI models.
• Experience with fine-tuning pre-trained models and deploying AI models in production.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for ML deployment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF).
• Understanding of prompt engineering and optimization for large language models.
• Exposure to AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for model deployment.
