Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled AI/Generative AI Python Engineer with strong expertise in API development, data processing, and AI-driven workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with FastAPI/Flask, LLMs, and modern GenAI frameworks. This role involves building, deploying, and maintaining scalable AI solutions, including RAG-based systems and agentic workflows, while ensuring adherence to responsible AI practices.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Python development
• Experience in API development using FastAPI or Flask
• Hands-on experience in data processing and AI-enabled workflows
• Knowledge of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG Architecture, and Agentic AI
• Familiarity with Hybrid Prompting techniques
• Experience with Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face, LlamaIndex
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, and documentation

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered workflows and applications
• Implement prompt engineering strategies for optimized LLM outputs
• Build and maintain RAG-based and agentic AI systems
• Develop and deploy APIs for AI services using FastAPI/Flask
• Manage deployment and maintenance of AI models across environments (Dev, QA, Production)

Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
