Generative AI Video Specialist

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Generative AI Video Creator to join our growing YouTube content team. This role focuses on producing high-quality videos using cutting-edge AI tools.

The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with strong technical skills who can create engaging videos entirely using AI, as well as combine AI-generated visuals with real footage when needed.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about AI tools, video storytelling, and fast-paced digital content creation.

Key Responsibilities:
AI Video Production

• Create videos using AI tools such as text-to-video, image-to-video, AI animation, and voice generation.
• Convert ideas into scripts, storyboards, and fully produced AI videos.

Video Editing & Hybrid Production

• Edit and assemble AI footage into polished final videos.
• Blend AI-generated content with real-world footage when required.

Post-Production

• Perform color correction, audio mixing, sound design, and final mastering.
• Ensure videos meet quality and brand standards.

AI Tools & Workflow Innovation

• Research and test new AI video tools and workflows.
• Continuously improve production speed and video quality.

Content Collaboration

• Work closely with the content team to understand video topics, scripts, and creative direction.
• Suggest innovative AI-based storytelling approaches.

Motion Graphics (Preferred)

• Create titles, animations, explainers, and visual effects using AI and editing software.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have

• Strong portfolio demonstrating AI-generated video work.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as:
• Runway
• Pika Labs
• Kaiber
• Midjourney
• DALL-E
• Other generative AI tools
• Proficiency in video editing software such as:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• DaVinci Resolve
• Final Cut Pro
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Passion for AI technology and continuous learning.

Preferred (Bonus Skills)

• Motion graphics experience using After Effects or similar software.
• Experience working on YouTube content.
• Knowledge of YouTube video optimization and formats.
