Job Vacancy: Generator Testing Supervisor*

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced *Generator Testing Supervisor* to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising generator testing activities, ensuring compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Supervise and coordinate all generator testing and commissioning activities.

* Ensure testing procedures comply with approved technical specifications and safety standards.

* Lead testing teams, assign tasks, and monitor performance and productivity.

* Review test results, prepare technical reports, and resolve any operational issues.

* Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.

* Maintain proper documentation and quality control records.

*Requirements:*

* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).

* Minimum *5 years of experience* in generator testing, commissioning, or maintenance.

* Strong knowledge of diesel generators, load testing, synchronization, and control systems.

* Experience in supervising technical teams on site.

* Good problem-solving, reporting, and communication skills.

* Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards.
