- Record daily financial transactions in Zoho Books / Zoho Accounting System
- Prepare and issue electronic invoices in compliance with local tax regulations
- Submit tax filings through the official Tax Authority Portal
- Prepare and review VAT returns and other tax-related reports
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist in monthly and annual closing processes
- Prepare financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Monitor customer payments and follow up on overdue accounts
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax laws
- Manage treasury (cash handling) operations and company PayPal account transactions.
- Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a General Accountant

- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books
- Practical experience with Electronic Invoicing Systems

- Familiarity with ERP systems (preferred)
