Genral Manager

A General Manager (GM) is the highest authority within a car showroom or dealership, responsible for overseeing all departments—including sales, service, parts, and finance—to ensure overall profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Supervises day-to-day operations across all departments, establishing protocols and ensuring employees adhere to company policies.
• Financial Management: Creates and manages the dealership budget, monitors profit and loss (P&L) statements, and sets sales goals to meet revenue targets.
• Team Leadership: Recruits, hires, and trains upper-level staff such as sales and service managers. They are also responsible for maintaining high employee morale and a positive dealership culture.
• Inventory & Merchandising: Manages vehicle acquisitions and inventory levels, ensuring the showroom floor layout and product displays are optimized for sales.
• Customer Relations: Resolves escalated customer complaints and acts as a brand ambassador to ensure a high-quality experience.
• Marketing Strategy: Develops and approves advertising campaigns and promotional events to increase brand visibility and attract new customers.
• Qualifications & Skills
• Experience: Typically requires 3–5+ years of leadership experience in a dealership setting, often progressing from a sales or service manager role.
• Education: A high school diploma is usually the minimum, though many dealerships prefer a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Core Skills:
• Financial Acumen: Ability to interpret complex financial reports and manage gross margins.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for interacting with staff, customers, and manufacturers.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of local, state, and federal laws regarding automotive sales and safety.
• Technology Literacy: Proficiency with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
