Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Geography and Math Teacher at Avicenna School, located in Karachi South District. The teacher will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lesson plans, ensuring that students gain a thorough understanding of geography and mathematical concepts. Responsibilities include curriculum development, fostering a positive learning environment, assessing student progress, and providing individual academic support. Collaboration with colleagues to enhance teaching methods and participation in school initiatives is also required.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Geography and Mathematics Education
• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development
• Qualified Teacher status with relevant teaching certifications or credentials
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate students while adapting to diverse learning styles
• Prior experience teaching Geography and Math is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Mathematics, Geography, or a related field
