As the Lead Operations Manager, you will be the primary technical force for our Georgia branch. While the owner expands operations to California, you will execute high-level field work and manage local logistics. All business development and financial transactions will be funneled through the Owner to ensure brand consistency and administrative accuracy.
Refined Responsibilities
- Lead Management: All incoming leads and service inquiries must be forwarded immediately to the Owner. You will not be responsible for initial quoting but will provide technical assessments from the field to assist in accurate bidding.
- Field Execution: Perform expert-level MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on various materials (Aluminum, Stainless, Mild Steel). You are the hands of the company in Georgia.
- Managed Invoicing: The Owner will generate all invoices. You will be responsible for obtaining client signatures on-site via our digital platform if the Owner is unable to secure a remote signature.
- Centralized Accounting: All financial records, bookkeeping, and payment processing are managed by the Owner. You will submit daily logs of materials used and hours worked to ensure accurate job costing.
- Equipment Stewardship: Maintain the mobile rig and tools to professional standards, providing weekly reports on equipment health.
Compensation & Growth
- Performance-Based Pay: Compensation is structured on a percentage-split basis.
- Revenue Distribution: Total job revenue is allocated into three distinct pools:
- Company Fund: (Overhead, materials, insurance, and maintenance)
- Manager Draw: (Your direct earnings for labor and management)
- Owner/Expansion Fund: (Company growth and founder's equity)
- Specific percentages are currently To Be Determined (TBD) and will be finalized based on the candidate's experience level.
