Education & Degree
- Bachelor's Degree: Essential in Geography, GIS, Geoinformatics or any related.
- Master's/Certificates: Often preferred for advanced roles, covering GIS, Data Science, or related engineering fields. (Optional)
Key Technical Skills
- Proficient in utilizing advanced geospatial technologies including Lidars, terrestrial laser scanners, UAV systems, mobile mapping platforms, and GNSS/GIS equipment for accurate 3D spatial data acquisition.
- Experience in 3D data processing ,especially in Digital Twin by Esri.
- Skilled in processing and managing high-density point cloud data and imagery using industry-standard platforms such as Orbit GT, RIEGL RiSCAN PRO, Trimble Business Center, and Cloud Compare.
- Experienced in generating deliverables such as topographic maps, digital terrain/elevation models (DTM/DEM), orthophotos, 3D city models, and BIM-ready data for infrastructure, urban planning, and asset documentation.
- Strong understanding of coordinate systems, geodetic control, and spatial referencing, ensuring seamless data integration across survey, engineering, and GIS environments.
- Capable of delivering high-accuracy results for projects involving corridor mapping, construction site monitoring, facade documentation, and volume analysis.
- Collaborates closely with public sector, engineering consultants, and construction firms to meet precise geospatial requirements and regulatory standards.
- Familiar with integrating geospatial data into platforms like AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, and Revit for downstream use in design, visualization, and analysis.
- Committed to accuracy, data integrity, and timely project delivery across diverse geospatial and surveying applications.
