Pay: $60-$65 hourly

COVID-19 considerations:

All of our Care Managers are required to use PPE. If they are not vaccinated, we require weekly testing.

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call

Experience:

• Case management: 1 year (Preferred)
• Healthcare: 5 years
• Marketing: 1 year
• Must reside in the greater North Bay Area

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $60.00 per hour
