We are actively searching for a dedicated Geriatric Medicine Doctor to enhance our healthcare team. In this role, you will prioritize the health and well-being of elderly patients, providing them with specialized medical care tailored to their unique needs.
Primary Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive evaluations, including health histories and physical examinations, to assess the needs of geriatric patients

Develop and execute personalized treatment plans that address medical, functional, and psychosocial factors relevant to older adults

Manage the care of chronic illnesses and conditions that frequently affect the elderly, ensuring safety and effectiveness in treatment

Educate patients and their families on health maintenance strategies, disease prevention, and the management of chronic conditions

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide integrated and holistic care for the elderly

Document patient encounters and treatment plans accurately in accordance with healthcare regulations

Engage in ongoing education and research to keep up with advancements in geriatric medicine
Requirements

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

Board certification in Geriatric Medicine is required

Current and active medical license in your state of practice

3-5 years of clinical experience in geriatric medicine or a related field

Strong understanding of geriatric syndromes and age-related health issues

Excellent communication skills, with a focus on empathy and patient-centered care
