You will have the flexibility to round at your own pace and make visits any time of day, any day of the week. There are no on-call requirements.

Position Overview:

As a clinical care team physician at HouseCall MD, our processes are set for you to focus more on patient care rather than paperwork.

You will function as a clinical leader, providing decision support to patients, families, and facilities. Your role will include:

• Performing preventive, routine, and/or urgent care visits to optimize chronic conditions, assess safety of living conditions, educate patients and caregivers, and develop proactive care plans.
• Coordinating with other clinical care providers across the continuum of care, including physicians, nurses, and therapists, to ensure smoother transitions and reduce unnecessary hospitalizations.
• Documenting visits in our EHR system.

Requirements:

• Preferably Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine.
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Active (state) medical license.
• Active DEA license.

Please note: This is a doctor-friendly role—not a hospitalist position. Hospital privileges are not required. We provide primary care services.
