German Autowerke is a dealership-level independent shop specializing exclusively in BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen, and MINI. We are not a high-volume discount shop, and we are not looking for entry-level technicians.
We’re looking for an experienced European diagnostic technician who takes pride in fixing vehicles correctly, documenting thoroughly, and working in a professional environment without flat-rate games, chaos, or micromanagement.

Compensation:

Base salary starting around $5,600/month depending on experience.

Production bonus structure up to $70/flagged hour.

Typical experienced technician earnings: $92,000–$136,000+.

What We’re Looking For:
Required:

5+ years automotive experience.
-
Strong European vehicle diagnostic ability.
-
Ability to diagnose electrical, drivability, CAN/network, and mechanical faults.

Ability to use wiring diagrams and scopes confidently.

Professional communication and documentation.
-
Pride in workmanship.
Preferred:
-
BMW ISTA experience.
-
Mercedes XENTRY experience.

PicoScope experience.
-
ASE or manufacturer certifications.

Previous European shop experience.
