German Language Teacher

Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled German Language Teacher to join our academic team. The role involves teaching German to students of varying proficiency levels, fostering cultural understanding, and helping learners achieve fluency in both written and spoken German.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging German lessons (grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversation).
• Incorporate German culture, history, and traditions into teaching to enhance language learning.
• Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and oral evaluations.
• Adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles and proficiency levels.
• Develop and update curriculum materials in line with institutional standards.
• Organize extracurricular activities such as German clubs, cultural events, or exchange programs.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to students.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and departmental initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in German Language, Literature, Linguistics, or Education.
• Teaching certification or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Native or near-native proficiency in German; strong command of English for communication.
• Prior teaching experience in schools, universities, or language institutes.
• Familiarity with modern language teaching methodologies and digital learning tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 10 per week
