As we expand our training programs, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Language Trainer to join our team and lead language instruction with excellence

Role Overview

As a Senior Language Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality language instruction, designing curriculum enhancements, and mentoring junior trainers. Your expertise will directly contribute to helping students achieve certifications such as A1–B2 levels and prepare for international opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and structured language training sessions (online and/or classroom)
• Train learners for international certifications (e.g., Goethe, TELC, IELTS, etc.)
• Develop lesson plans, exercises, and assessments in line with CEFR levels
• Guide and mentor junior trainers and academic coordinators
• Track learner progress and implement improvement plans
• Provide language coaching tailored to professional and industry-specific needs (e.g., nursing, engineering, etc.)

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Language, Linguistics, Education, or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience, preferably in adult language training
• Certification in the language being taught (e.g., Goethe-Zertifikat B2/C1, CELTA, DELF, etc.)
• Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with digital tools and online teaching platforms is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
