German Language Trainer

• instruction & Curriculum Development: Plan and execute engaging, structured, and interactive German language sessions (online or offline).
• Assessment & Evaluation: Administer quizzes, assignments, and mock tests, specifically preparing learners for Goethe-Zertifikat or TestDaF exams.
• Student Support & Feedback: Provide personalized feedback to enhance performance, address individual learning requirements, and maintain progress records.
• Cultural Coaching: Incorporate German cultural etiquette and business practices to prepare learners for working in Germany or in MNCs in India.
• Administration & Reporting: Maintain accurate attendance, track progress reports, and collaborate with internal teams to align with training objectives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Certification: Minimum B2, but preferably C1 or C2 level proficiency (Goethe-Zertifikat, TestDaF) or equivalent (e.g., Max Mueller).
• Experience: Previous experience in teaching German, particularly in corporate training or for professional, is highly desirable.
• Communication: Excellent proficiency in both German and English, with strong, patient, and engaging communication skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with online teaching tools and virtual classrooms.

Targeted Roles

• Corporate Trainers: Training employees of German companies (e.g., Bosch, Siemens).
• Study Abroad Coaches: Preparing students for higher education in Germany.
• Healthcare Trainers: Preparing nurses/doctors for language requirements for jobs in Germany.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
