Job Overview

Score Plus Education Center, a leading academic support and test preparation institute in Doha, is seeking a qualified and passionate German Language Trainer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality German language instruction to students of various age groups and proficiency levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective German language lessons (A1 to B2/C1 levels)
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments aligned with international standards
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Conduct mock exams and support students in achieving certification goals (Goethe, TELC, etc.)
• Adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning needs
• Maintain a positive and motivating classroom environment
• Support administrative and academic coordination when required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in German Language, Linguistics, Education, or related field
• Certification in German language proficiency (minimum B2/C1 level preferred)
• Proven experience teaching German language (preferably in a training institute or school)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to teach both adults and school students
• Familiarity with international curricula and exam boards is an advantage
• Candidates currently based in Qatar or willing to relocate are preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Goethe-Institut certification or equivalent
• Prior experience in exam preparation (Goethe, TELC, TestDaF)
• Experience with online teaching platforms
