German Speaker SME Sales & Outreach Agent

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to small businesses, e-commerce shops, and home-based sellers that need delivery solutions.
  • Present and demo the eAWB platform in-person or via Zoom/phone.
  • Convince SMEs to sign up for a trial or free onboarding.
  • Follow up and convert leads into paying users.
  • Gather feedback from users to improve product-market fit.
  • Coordinate with the tech support team to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of prospects and interactions.
  • Meet weekly/monthly lead generation and activation targets.

You Are

  • A person with 1 year of B2B or B2C sales experience (logistics, SaaS, or e-commerce sector preferred).
  • Confident approaching retail shop owners, online sellers, and entrepreneurs.
  • Comfortable working in the field as well as remotely.
  • Organized, proactive, and resilient — willing to chase leads and close deals.
  • Fluent in German (native or near-native level with a clear, professional accent is required).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience using basic CRM tools is an advantage.

Compensation & Perks

  • Base salary: AED 4,000 – AED 6,000 per month
  • Commission and KPI bonuses
