Role Overview

We are looking for German-speaking business students, graduates, or early-career professionals (BWL / Business Administration) based in Germany who can help us identify potential clients and bring new projects to our company.

This is a commission-based opportunity ideal for individuals who want to gain international business development experience while earning performance-based income.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients in Germany and the EU market.
  • Promote our staff augmentation and web development services to businesses.
  • Generate leads and connect companies with our technical solutions.
  • Schedule introductory meetings between potential clients and our internal team.
  • Build relationships with startups, SMEs, and growing companies that require digital transformation.
  • Support the company in expanding its client base in the German market.

Requirements

  • Business student, graduate, or fresher (BWL / Business Administration or related field).
  • Fluent in German (required) and basic English communication skills.
  • Strong communication and networking abilities.
  • Interest in technology, software services, and digital transformation.
  • Ability to connect with businesses and present service offerings.

Compensation

  • Commission-based structure: 10% – 20% per successful project/client acquisition.
