Job Title: Bilingual Customer Support Representative (German & English)

Location: Onsite

Job Type: Full-time

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST

Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative who is fluent in both German and English to provide exceptional customer service over the phone. This position will involve handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting with customer inquiries, and delivering high-quality support. The ideal candidate will have experience in telephone-based customer service and strong communication skills to ensure smooth and professional customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support in German and English via inbound and outbound calls.
  • Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve concerns.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience through professional communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer issues.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English, both required.
  • Previous experience in telephone customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls efficiently and professionally.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A-A+ English accent preferred for clearer communication.
  • Previous experience in inbound and outbound calls and customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From E£25,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Cairo
