Join Our Team as a Customer Advocate

You will be the vital link between our cutting-edge streaming platform and our valuable German-speaking subscribers. Your mission is to provide efficient, high-quality service and technical assistance to ensure our customers can enjoy their favorite content seamlessly.

Day-to-Day Impact

  • Resolve Inquiries: Deliver outstanding support primarily in German via written channels (chat and email), addressing customer issues related to service use, platform navigation, and general questions.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Skillfully resolve diverse technical problems, including streaming errors, login failures, issues with various device platforms (from mobile phones to Smart TVs), and connectivity challenges.
  • Account Management: Assist users with all aspects of their subscriptions, including updating payment details, explaining billing cycles, and clarifying refund processes.
  • Record Keeping: Ensure detailed and accurate notes are maintained for every customer interaction within our internal systems.
  • Collaboration: Clearly communicate technical escalations and complex service issues in English to specialized internal teams for swift resolution.


Qualifications We Seek

  • Primary Language: Exceptional fluency (written and spoken) in German is mandatory to serve our customer base effectively.
  • Internal Communication: You must possess at least a B1 (Intermediate) level of proficiency in English for internal team communication and training.
  • Location Prerequisite: Must be legally eligible to live and work remotely within Turkey.
  • Experience: While past experience in customer service or a help desk environment is helpful, it is not a requirementwe welcome entry-level applicants!
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort with technology (especially streaming services and device management) are key.


Your Working Hours

  • Remote Setup: Work from the comfort of your home anywhere in Turkey.
  • Equipment: We provide all necessary professional equipment (laptop, etc.) for your role.
  • Availability: Candidates must be flexible to work rotating shifts, five days a week, covering our service window.
    • Summer Rotations (Example): Shifts covering 10:00 - 19:00, 13:00 - 22:00, or 16:00 - 01:00.
    • Winter Rotations (Example): Shifts covering 11:00 - 20:00, 14:00 - 23:00, or 17:00 - 02:00.
