This role is for someone who knows how to talk to prospects, ask the right questions, and book qualified meetings. No overcomplicated processes. Just solid sales work.

What you will do

  • Make outbound calls and follow up via email/LinkedIn
  • Speak with German-speaking prospects
  • Qualify leads and book meetings for the sales team
  • Update CRM with accurate notes
  • Follow scripts where needed, but know when to adapt

What we are looking for

  • Fluent or native German (spoken and written)
  • Previous experience as an SDR, BDR, or in outbound sales
  • Comfortable with cold calling
  • Clear communication and good listening skills
  • Reliable, consistent, and organized
  • Experience selling B2B services
  • Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce
