Role Overview:

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET), you will be an integral member of our Technical Product Development Team, actively contributing to the design and implementation of scalable, sustainable industrial solutions. This is a hands-on, impact-driven role focused on real engineering challenges no bench time, no shadowing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and simulation of process systems.
• Participate in pilot plant development, data analysis, and R&D trials.
• Support engineering documentation including PFDs, P&IDs, and BOMs.
• Work with AutoCAD and simulation tools (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS, COMSOL) for product and process modeling.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to execute full-cycle product development from concept to deployment.
• Maintain strong documentation and reporting aligned with industrial R&D standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering
• Graduation Year: 2023 & 2024 pass-outs preferred
• Final-year 2025 students may apply if available for full-time 6-month industrial training
