Graduate Engineering Trainee

We are looking for a Graduate Engineering Trainee (GET) to join our Production and Operations division. This role is designed for young, energetic engineering graduates/diploma holders who are eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment.

As a GET, you will work closely with the Production Manager, Strategy team, and other operations departments, gaining hands-on exposure to production management, shopfloor studies, and manpower handling.The goal is to groom fresh talent into future leaders in production and operations while ensuring smooth day-to-day activities and contributing to overall productivity improvements.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist the Production Manager in executing and monitoring production plans.
• Work closely with the Strategy team to carry out shopfloor and process improvement studies - conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with various departments in the operations division to ensure seamless workflows.
• Look after day-to-day production activities on the shopfloor.
• Support in managing manpower allocation and utilization on the shopfloor.
• Monitor shopfloor discipline, safety, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
• Prepare reports and share observations/findings with the Production Manager /Strategy Team.

Skill sets/Experience we require:*

• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Eagerness to learn production processes and operational systems.
• Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to shopfloor dynamics.
• Basic understanding of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge of basic production/engineering concepts guidelines.

Educational Qualifications: Diploma/Engineering in Electronics (preferred), Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering

Location:Ambernath MIDC

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,027.92 - ₹20,439.04 per month
