GET (Graduate Engineer Trainee)

• Assist production and quality teams in day-to-day shopfloor activities
• Support assembly, testing, and inspection processes
• Prepare and maintain production logs, inspection sheets, and reports
• Participate in troubleshooting, defect analysis, and basic RCA
• Ensure compliance with work instructions and quality standards
• Coordinate with supervisors and engineers to resolve process issues
• Learn and follow IATF 16949 quality management practices

Key Skills Required

• Understanding of basic production and quality concepts
• Knowledge of instruments like multimeter, calipers, micrometers (added advantage)
• Problem-solving attitude
• Discipline, teamwork, and flexibility

Basic computer skills (MS Office)

Required Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in:
• Electronics Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Mechatronics / Industrial / Production Engineering
• 0–1 year of experience (Freshers preferred)
• Basic knowledge of engineering fundamentals
• Good communication and analytical skills

Willingness to learn and adapt to a manufacturing environment

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
