Job Summary:

We are seeking young talented Graduate Engineer Trainees (G.E.T.s) to join our team. The selected candidates will undergo training with respective departments to gain practical experience on machineries of the mining and beneficiation process, understand organizational operations, and contribute to engineering activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support senior engineers in day-to-day technical tasks.
• Participate in on-the-job training and shadow experienced professionals.
• Maintain project documentation and prepare technical reports.
• Learn company standards, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
• Perform field/site inspections under supervision.
• Participate in regular review meetings and report progress.

Eligibility Criteria:

• B.E. / B. Tech. in [Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Electronics /Mineral Engineering, etc.]
• 0–1 year of relevant experience or (Freshers can apply)
• Good academic record and basic technical knowledge
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work in shifts or different locations (if required)

Additional Information:

Employment type : full time employee / on role employee.

Training Duration: 6 to 12 months vary on performance,

Employment Type: Full-time, with possibility of permanent placement post-training

Salary/Stipend: As per company standards.
