Job Summary:

The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) is an entry-level position designed for fresh engineering graduates. The role focuses on providing hands-on training, exposure to real-time projects, and development of technical and professional skills to prepare the trainee for a permanent engineering role within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior engineers in day-to-day engineering activities and project execution
• Learn and apply engineering principles, tools, and industry standards
• Participate in design, development, testing, and implementation of projects
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations
• Analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and support problem-solving activities
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and safety guidelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
• Complete training modules and evaluations as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Electronics
• Fresh graduate or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
• Strong academic background is preferred

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of core engineering concepts
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and relevant engineering software/tools

Training & Development:

• Structured on-the-job training
• Mentorship from senior engineers
• Performance evaluations during the training period

Career Progression:

Upon successful completion of the training period, the GET may be absorbed into a full-time engineering role based on performance and organizational requirements.
