Position Summary:

As a Plant Maintenance Engineer, you will play a pivotal part in upholding the seamless and efficient operation of our

company's plant facilities. Your primary duties will encompass routine maintenance and repairs aimed at preserving our

equipment and machinery in their best possible state.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on plant equipment and machinery to identify

potential issues and address them proactively.

 Help to perform repairs and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to resolve

breakdowns and malfunctions promptly.

 Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures to maximize equipment reliability

and minimize unplanned downtime.

 Collaborate with the production team to plan maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

 Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, including work orders, repair logs, and equipment

history records.

 Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

 Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in plant maintenance to enhance

efficiency and optimize equipment performance.

 Coordinate with external service providers and contractors for specialized repairs or maintenance tasks.

 Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during maintenance activities, including

lockout/tagout procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

 Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

 Experience as a Plant Maintenance Engineer or a similar role in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred.

 Certification in maintenance-related areas such as CMRP (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional) is

preferred.

 Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and standards related to plant maintenance, such as ISO 9001 & IATF 16949.

 Familiarity with health and safety regulations and practices.

Physical Requirements:

 100% office work.

 Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding conditions.

 Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.

Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month
