Experience: 5-10 years
Skills:
- Proficient in Gerber AccuMark software (Pattern Design, Marker Making, and Grading)
- Strong understanding of garment construction and fit
- Attention to detail and accuracy in pattern development
- Basic knowledge of fabric behavior and shrinkage allowances
- Ability to interpret tech packs, spec sheets, and design sketches
Required:
- Create and edit garment patterns using Gerber software (AccuMark)
- Convert manual patterns into digital formats (GGT files)
- Ensure accurate grading, marking, and pattern alignment
- Develop and adjust patterns based on tech packs or designer inputs
- Optimize fabric usage by preparing efficient markers
- Collaborate with the sampling and production teams for fit and accuracy
- Maintain a library of digital patterns and markers
- Troubleshoot errors in files and make necessary corrections
- Ensure all pattern work adheres to size specs, tolerances, and brand standards
- Work closely with the CAD/Pattern Master and Merchandising teams
