GHL & Automation Executive

Role Description

We are looking for a motivated GHL & Automation Executive to support our automation and CRM workflows. The ideal candidate should have basic to intermediate experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) and automation tools such as Zapier, Make and n8n, with a strong willingness to learn advanced workflows. This role involves assisting in building automations, maintaining CRM data, and supporting marketing and sales operations through efficient system processes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in building and managing automated workflows using GHL, Zapier, Make, n8n, and related tools.
• Support the configuration and maintenance of GHL pipelines, funnels, forms, calendars, and automated sequences.
• Help integrate multiple apps using APIs, webhooks, and conditional logic under supervision.
• Troubleshoot basic automation issues and escalate complex problems to senior team members.
• Monitor workflow performance and maintain accurate process documentation.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams for campaign support and CRM updates.
• Maintain CRM data, segmentation, tagging, and timely updates inside GHL.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience working with GHL or automation tools (Zapier/Make/n8n or similar).
• Basic understanding of CRM workflows, pipeline stages, and lead management.
• Familiarity with API integrations or willingness to learn.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite, learn quickly, manage tasks, and take ownership under guidance

Location: Gulberg 5, Lahore (onsite)

Timings: 09:30 AM - 06:30 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
