About the Role

We are urgently hiring a Creative Gift Designer to join our team at Angroos. The ideal candidate will have an eye for design, creativity in styling premium gift hampers, and the ability to manage customer requirements efficiently. This role involves working closely with individual and corporate clients to design, customize, and deliver unique gifting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gift hamper design and styling: Create visually appealing and innovative hampers for festivals, corporate gifting, weddings, and special occasions.
• Corporate gifting solutions: Manage B2B orders by understanding client requirements, budgets, and customization needs.
• Customer interaction: Assist walk-in and online customers with inquiries, gift suggestions, and smooth purchasing experiences.
• Enquiry management: Handle calls, emails, and social media queries regarding hampers and gifting services.
• Product styling and display: Arrange hampers for photography, social media, and store displays.
• Vendor coordination: Source packaging, decorative materials, and accessories.
• Order management: Ensure timely preparation, packing, and dispatch of hampers with high quality.
• Trend research: Stay updated on gifting, packaging, and styling trends.
• Team collaboration: Work with marketing and operations for catalogs, bulk orders, and festival promotions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Creative and passionate about design and styling.
• Experience in gift hamper design, event styling, or retail merchandising preferred. Freshers with creativity may apply.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines, especially during bulk orders.
• Basic knowledge of packaging materials and accessories.
