Gift Marketplace Manager

The Gift Marketplace Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the online gift marketplace with a strong focus on perfumes, luxury gifts, and premium products . This role requires driving sales growth, building strong vendor relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer experience across all digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the online gift and perfume marketplace.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers and luxury brands.
• Oversee inventory levels and logistics to ensure product availability and on-time delivery.
• Analyze customer behavior and sales performance to recommend improvements.
• Ensure product listings meet quality standards and platform policies.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and IT teams to enhance the overall customer journey.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to maintain a leading market position

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management .
• Previous experience in perfume, beauty, or luxury gift categories is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms.
• Proven experience in vendor management and contract negotiations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs and data reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
