Gift Marketplace Manager

The Gift Marketplace Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the online gift marketplace. This role requires driving sales growth, marketing, and ensuring exceptional customer experience across all digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the online gift marketplace.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers and brands.
• Analyze customer behavior and sales performance to recommend improvements.
• Ensure product listings meet quality standards and platform policies.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and IT teams to enhance the overall customer journey.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to maintain a leading market position

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management .
• Previous experience in gift categories is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs and data reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
