You will lead the structured rollout of GitHub Copilot across complex, legacy-heavy enterprise systems. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on embedding AI-assisted development into real production environments built on Java, .NET, C/C++, and scripting stacks.

What You’ll Drive

• Evaluate development ecosystems and define high-impact Copilot adoption pathways
• Lead quarterly Copilot deployments and oversee custom agent build cycles
• Architect implementation strategies across legacy environments
• Align engineering, architecture, and leadership stakeholders around rollout plans
• Define measurable KPIs to track adoption effectiveness
• Design and scale training initiatives to accelerate enterprise usage

Expertise You’ll Leverage in This Role

• 8+ years of technical leadership experience
• Deep hands-on expertise in Java, .NET, and C/C++ enterprise systems
• Demonstrated GitHub Copilot rollout and custom agent implementation experience
• Strong program ownership across cross-functional teams
• 7+ years applying Generative AI within business environments

Compensation: $50–$55/hour (~$2,000–$2,200/week)
