Located in the heart of Ar Rayyan, you will be the lead architect of our financial records. This role is perfect for a finance professional who thrives in a high-growth environment and wants to bridge the gap between traditional accounting and tech-driven efficiency.

Your Core Responsibilities

• Ledger Mastery: Own the end-to-end GL process, ensuring the precision of every entry from hardware procurement to service subscriptions.
• Financial Closing: Orchestrate month-end and year-end closing activities with high velocity and zero errors.
• Fixed Asset Management: Track and manage our extensive portfolio of IT assets, solar technology projects, and infrastructure equipment.
• Compliance & Tax: Navigate Qatar’s financial landscape with ease, ensuring full compliance with IFRS and local GTA regulations (including VAT).
• Audit & Control: Drive internal and external audit readiness, acting as the primary point of contact for financial inquiries.
• Process Optimization: Implement automated workflows within our ERP system to scale with our expanding service offerings.

The Profile We’re Looking For

• Experience: 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role (experience in Tech, IT Services, or high-tech manufacturing is a major plus).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Certifications: CPA, ACCA, or CMA is a mandatory requirement for this leadership position.
• Software Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of modern ERPs (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365) and advanced Excel modeling.
• Analytical Mindset: You don’t just report numbers; you provide the insights that help our leadership team pivot and grow.
