Glam Spa Party Host/ Immediate Need

*Overview*

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated weekend Kid Glam/Spa Party Host to join our team. As a Party Host, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for guests during events and celebrations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all activities run smoothly, providing exceptional customer service and support to guests of all ages. Your ability to engage with children and manage various aspects of events will be key to your success in this role.

*Duties*

- Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure they feel comfortable and engaged throughout their event.

- Coordinate and oversee party activities, ensuring that all scheduled events are executed as planned.

- Provide assistance with make-up application, and play inspired grooming techniques with facials and nails and cleanup.

- Manage guest interactions, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.

- Decorating, assisting and observing children during Glam activities

- Maintain a clean and organized party area before, during, and after events.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless experience for all guests.

- Monitor the safety of guests during event activities

- Utilize conflict management skills to resolve any issues that may arise during events effectively.

*Skills*

- Experience working with children in a party, recreational or educational setting is highly desirable.

- Reliable, Responsible, and Dependable. Looking for someone who can grow with the company

- Strong guest service skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.

- Excellent conflict management abilities to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also taking initiative when needed.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.

- Weekend availability & good driving record w/ some local travel for event location
