We are seeking a full-time Senior Associate, Quality Assurance for our Houston, Texas Office. The primary responsibility of the job is working closely with the firm’s senior management in in corporate communications to generate work products, technical reports, marketing, and public relations documents.
Duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
- Proofread and edit a wide range of documents including project correspondence, marketing materials, proposals, contracts, and technical reports.
- Assist in the creation of corporate communications, public relations content, and internal messaging.
- Support senior management with administrative tasks and operational coordination.
- Maintain quality standards across all written materials to ensure consistency and professionalism.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and ensure alignment in messaging.
- Conduct internet research and utilize various software tools to support communications and reporting.
- Gradually take on more writing responsibilities as familiarity with company operations grows.
Education, Experience, and Skills:- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in English, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in editing, legal writing, or business communications is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with internet research and digital tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
