Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Glaziers/Installers to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing glass and related materials across various construction projects. Your expertise will help ensure safety, quality, and precision in every project while working on diverse sites that challenge your skills and grow your experience.

Duties

• Measure, cut, fabricate, and install glass panels, windows, doors, and other glazing components according to project specifications.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute installation plans.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to complete installations efficiently and safely.
• Perform caulking, sealing, and trim carpentry to ensure a weather-tight finish.
• Handle heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper technique to prevent injury.
• Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials while adhering to safety protocols.

Skills

• Proficiency in construction estimating and blueprint reading to interpret project requirements accurately.
• Skilled in glass installation techniques using hand tools and power tools for precise fitting.
• Experience with fabrication processes within manufacturing or construction settings.
• Knowledge of schematics, fixture installation, door hanging
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely during material handling tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
